Naseej Academy Organizes its Webinar “Illuminate Your Organization: A Knowledge Management Framework for Knowledge Sharing”

Good knowledge management and knowledge sharing are essential in today’s organizations, because most knowledge is either not visible or is not easily available when it is needed. To address this problem, Naseej Academy organized a webinar entitled “Illuminate Your Organization: A Knowledge Management Framework for Knowledge Sharing”, held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, from 10:00 pm.-12:00 am., Makkah local time (GMT+3).

The webinar featured a detailed presentation on the key pillars of knowledge management, and examined its potential to boost institutional efficiency and knowledge maintenance. In addition, it explored how knowledge management solutions can transform strategic plans into practical, effective processes by harnessing human resources and technology to develop knowledge that will enhance the institution’s strategic position and boost its competitive capacity.
In addition to highlighting the importance of managing knowledge, the webinar examined the benefits and rewards, for institutions and their knowledge workers, of sharing knowledge by means of the institution’s governance strategies and corporate culture.
