Grants and Awards

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Naseej Academy Grant to attend the Mortenson Center Associates Program was developed to support the region’s knowledge community by sponsoring a professional working in the field of libraries, information centers and archival institutions in the Arab World, to attend the Mortenson Center Associates Program.

Annual awards aimed at encouraging research and development in the knowledge and information fields during the annual conference include: Naseej Academy award for best working paper in Arabic. Naseej Academy award for best working paper in English.

In line with Naseej Academy’s scientific and social responsibilities, and in cooperation with the Arab Federation of Libraries and Information (AFLI), Naseej is pleased to call for nominations for the 2019 Award for Pioneers in Libraries and Information.

An annual grant awarded by Naseej Academy in cooperation with the International Federation of Library Associations​ Center for Arabic Speaking Libraries (IFLA-CASL) enables librarians and information specialists from the Arab world to attend the World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) organized by IFLA
